Username/Password Trouble
Usernames and Passwords can only be registered in lowercase
letters. If you used any uppercase letters in your username or password when you
registered, our system has converted them to lowercase. Return to the sign-on screen and
try re-entering your username and password in lowercase letters.
In addition, our system deletes any invalid characters in email addresses, such as
colons, semicolons, commas or spaces. Try re-entering your username, replacing any commas
with periods, and any spaces with either underscores (_) or periods. For example, if you
registered your username as john,doe@doe.com you would enter john.doe@doe.com instead.
Likewise, if you registered as john doe@doe.com you would enter john_doe@doe.com or
john.doe@doe.com (please try both)
